I was a child and even now sometimes difficult to have an obstructed bowel movements per week. I began taking more fiber vegetables and plenty of water, but I fear it is a "backlog" of feces in me, perhaps to remain who and poison, unless you remove.

Should I clean my colon or to a diet that is rich in fiber optics clean it, my bowels? No house cleaning kits work? About what is colonic irrigation? What is the best choice for someone with a small budget?
