Wow can Itell if I have an AC problem or a furnace problem? - can we flash light on newborn

It got us last night --
The outdoor unit and the fan seems to work dictated occurs on and off the thermostat.
Inside Line Frion isolated in the oven a little frost to an outlet.
The furnace seems to occur when the thermostat displays, but all I see is a hum from the fan motor. No air through the lines by listening to the buzz aside. It starts after 20-30 seconds or less.
The circuit is the LED flashes properly.
I am in weather above 90 degrees with a week of newborns with no one stayed with us to reach tomorrow:)
Are you a fan motor with a fuse itself or that the furnace is in its entirety.
