Where can I buy lavender hand lotion? - lavender body lotion

My cousin is in hospital .... I wanted to give a little hand cream, lavender, because it is a boy and hates the lavender hand cream. It's a little joke.
I looked online in the bath and body works, but they did nothing. I want something nice but not too much money
