Why didn't my pace cap keep my hair dry? - waterproof cap

I bought this silicone case speedometer to keep pace my hair wet when I swim .... but I've tried, and I'm kind of wet hair .... I checked online and said the alleged silicone plugs ..... to be impermeable to water, so wet hair?

They have long hair. My daughter has many different silicone earbuds and none of them had dry hair. I do not know why this way would be advertised. A cap designed to reduce friction and keep their hair under control and away from your face. In fact, with the silicone plug, I have purchased the instructions to wet hair before the lid. The air pockets between the fibers dry hair to increase the probability of slipping during a race.

I do not think the hair is completely dry. The reason is to enable the hairline and ears, not just gaps in the water as the water tariff, it is necessary to really connect all 360 degrees in touch.

Well, if you are a lot of hair, or swelling of the back is always a little open. so that the water is filtered through a rule. I had the same problem when I wear my hair on the head.
